We are required by Federal regulations to disclose our privacy notice to you on an annual basis. Disclosure forms will be sent our with March 31st quarterly statements or will be a part of your quarterly newsletter. The policy is also given out to each new member upon opening a new account.

• Information we receive from you on a application or other forms.
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
• Information we obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application or other forms; this may be obtained from your current or past employers or other financial institutions where you conduct financial transactions.

• Financial service providers, such as insurance companies.
• Non-financial companies, such as consumer reporting agencies, data processors, and government agencies.

If you terminate your membership with HMC Employees Federal Credit Union, we will adhere to the policies/practices as described in this notice.
